Inside coverage areas are: City limits of Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Scott City, Benton, Sikeston, Dexter, Bloomfield, Bell City, Oran, Advance, Morley, and Chaffee, Mo. . Anything outside of those areas are considered outside coverage areas, and require a higher fee. Does not include high crime or dangerous areas or county roads. Outside service areas are only 10 miles from in service areas city limits.
